When you place an order at TVbeugels.nl, you have 14 days to review your order. This is the statutory viewing period. You may return your order to us within this period without giving any reason.
When we receive the item back in good condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping costs. The costs for returning the items you ordered are at your own expense.
The refund of the purchase amount plus original shipping costs will always be made in the same way as the original payment, unless you have agreed to a different payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal.
Returning items ordered from TVbeugels.nl
- The 14-day viewing period starts on the day you receive your order, provided there is a delivery confirmation from the shipping service.
- It is not possible to return an item outside the mentioned 14-day reflection period.
- The items must be returned complete, undamaged, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for properly packaging the items to be returned.
- If an item is returned damaged, we reserve the right to refund part of the purchase amount. This must always be well justified, and the percentage withheld must be proportional to the damage found on the respective item or packaging.
- Returning items is at your own risk. Any damage incurred during transport will be taken into account when assessing the condition of the returned goods. For this reason, it is advisable to always pack the items well before returning them.
- Second chance items cannot be returned; this is also stated on the respective product page.
- It is not possible to receive a replacement item. Upon proper receipt of a returned item, we will refund the purchase amount. If you want a replacement item, you can place a new order at TVbeugels.nl.

- Submit the package at a parcel service of your choice. Any shipping costs are at your own expense.
Shipment refused or not picked up at service point:
If your order is returned because it was refused at the door or not picked up from a service point within the specified period, we will process the return shipment minus the actual shipping costs of €7.50 per package.
Processing time for a return shipment
Returned shipments received will be assessed and processed by TVbeugels.nl within five working days. After processing the items you returned, you will be informed as soon as possible about the status and further handling of your return shipment. The refund usually takes a few working days but can take up to 14 days at most.
Warranty
TVbeugels.nl offers factory warranty on the items offered. If you return an item within the warranty period that meets the warranty conditions, the costs for returning your item will be borne by TVbeugels.nl.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about an item you purchased at TVbeugels.nl, you can submit this complaint in writing via email: info@tvbeugels.nl. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt no later than the next working day. We will respond to the complaint substantively within 14 days of receipt. If more time is unexpectedly needed to provide a thorough answer, we will inform you within the aforementioned 14 days.
