With this Neomounts by Newstar VESA adapter plate, FPMA-VESA400, you can adjust the VESA hole pattern of a mount.

This allows a VESA hole pattern of 75x75, 100x100, and 100x200 mm to be expanded to VESA 200x200, 400x200, and 120x180 mm (JVC). This way, you can easily mount larger screens on a desk, ceiling, floor, or wall mount.

The adapter plate is only 3 mm deep and comes with all mounting hardware included.
