    VESA Adapter Plate, All Sizes

    Do you have a TV mount but your new TV doesn’t fit on it? You could buy a new TV mount, but you can also choose a VESA adapter. With a VESA adapter, you can increase the mounting size of your TV mount.

    For example, if you have a TV bracket with a VESA size of 100x100 and your new TV has a VESA size of 200x200, you can attach a VESA adapter with the correct VESA size to your mount. This way, you can use your old TV bracket for your new TV.

    What is the VESA size?

    Vesa sizes

    The VESA size is the mounting size for a TV bracket on your TV. This size is often listed in your TV’s specifications. Can’t find this information in the specs? You can also measure the VESA size yourself. Where do you find the VESA mount?

    On the back of your TV, you will find a square or rectangular hole pattern, this is the VESA mount of your TV. The most common VESA sizes are:

    • VESA 75 – the area on the back of the TV is 7.5 x 7.5 cm
    • VESA 100 – the area on the back of the TV is 10 x 10 cm
    • VESA 100x200 – the area on the back of the TV is 10 x 20 cm*
    • VESA 200 – the area on the back of the TV is 20 x 20 cm
    • VESA 300 – the area on the back of the TV is 30 x 30 cm
    • VESA 200x400 – the area on the back of the TV is 20 x 40 cm*
    • VESA 400 – the area on the back of the TV is 40 x 40 cm
    • VESA 400x600 – the area on the back of the TV is 40 x 60 cm*
    • VESA 600 – the area on the back of the TV is 60 x 60 cm
    • VESA 800x600 – the area on the back of the TV is 80 x 60 cm*
    • VESA 800 – the area on the back of the TV is 80 x 80 cm

    * In some cases, the VESA size is displayed the other way around,
    for example, VESA 100x200 can also be indicated as VESA 200x100.

    What does the abbreviation VESA mean?

    VESA stands for: Video Electronics Standards Association. This is an agreement between many monitor and TV manufacturers. In this agreement, they have agreed to use a standard size for the mounting of a TV bracket.
