Top 10 LG TV mounts - a thin OLED screen deserves the right mounting solution

With its OLED televisions, LG has created screens that are almost impossibly thin. Stunning picture quality, deep blacks, and a screen that at the top sometimes appears barely thicker than a few millimetres. That is precisely why we believe you should look beyond simply asking: does the VESA fit?

Do not move an LG OLED by the corners

Is your LG OLED mounted on a full-motion swivel mount? Never use the thin upper corners as handles. Pulling or pushing there puts torsional stress on the panel. Hold the TV by the sturdier lower section and move the arms of the mount gently.

Why does an LG OLED sometimes sit higher on the mount?

On many OLED models, the electronics, connections, and VESA mounting points are located in the thicker lower section. As a result, the VESA connection may sit relatively low on the back. This means a larger part of the screen is positioned above the mount's pivot point.

With a tilting full-motion mount, this can create additional leverage. If the TV slowly starts to tilt slightly forward, do not force it back. This could damage the slip or tilt mechanism in the head. Check the adjustment first. Read our comprehensive OLED mounting guide.

LG OLED mounted close to the wall?

If you do not need to swivel the TV, a flat mount is often a great choice. The TVB-88-LG sits only approximately 2.5 cm from the wall. For a very large 75-100-inch LG, the TVB-89-LG is more suitable: a much wider frame, supporting up to 100 kg and VESA up to 900x600.

Still want to swivel it? Choose sufficient construction

For larger LG screens, we prefer a sturdy dual-arm solution. The TVB-60-LG and TVB-78-LG are interesting options for much larger living-room setups. If the TV really needs to extend far from the wall, we have the 95 cm TVB-15XL-LG and models that extend approximately one metre.

And for the really large screens

With the TVB-121-LG, we support TVs up to 120 inches and 120 kg. The TVB-144-LG is intended for exceptionally large displays up to 140 inches. With these sizes, the mount is not the only important factor: the wall and the fixings become part of the construction.

Check VESA, weight, and position
