Top 10 Philips TV mounts

Top 10 Philips TV mounts - give Ambilight room to shine

Just bought a beautiful Philips TV? Then it would be a shame to look only at the number of inches and simply choose any wall mount. Especially with Philips Ambilight, the distance from the wall partly determines how you experience the TV. That is why we deliberately compiled this Top 10 from a range of solutions: from ultra-slim and tilting to heavy duty for the largest screens.

Our favourite for Ambilight: the TVB-122-PHI

Imagine this: a 70-inch Philips Ambilight on a beautiful white wall. In the evening, dim the lighting a little, put on the football and watch the colours from the screen continue across the wall via Ambilight. That is exactly why we think the TVB-122 is such a great mount for Philips. You can position the TV flush to the wall, but also pull it forward a little, giving the light more room to shine.

And with great sound, it gets even better

A large screen and Ambilight make a big difference, but adding a soundbar or a pair of good speakers turns a match or film into a truly immersive experience. We have separate mounts for soundbars and speakers, so you can neatly complete the entire setup around the TV.

TVB-57-PHI: easy tilting and room for the light

Not everyone needs to pull their TV a metre away from the wall. The TVB-57 is a simple tilting solution that leaves space behind the screen for Ambilight.

Large Philips TV? Then the construction becomes important

For 75-, 85-, 98-inch and larger screens, we consider not only VESA and weight, but also the frame and the wall. The TVB-89-PHI is an interesting option when a large Philips needs to hang close to the wall. The TVB-121-PHI is intended for situations where a large screen also needs to move. For exceptionally large displays, there is the TVB-144-PHI.

Philips in a corner or media wall

With the TVB-143-PHI, we also offer a strong, relatively slim solution for situations where a large Philips needs to be positioned in a corner or on an unusual wall setup. This means a large screen does not automatically have to hang straight and immobile against one flat wall.

Which VESA size does your Philips have?

Always check the exact model. VESA is the horizontal and vertical distance between the four mounting holes on the back of the TV. Combine that measurement with the weight and the desired range of movement. And with Ambilight, also consider how much room you want to give the light on the wall.

Not sure? Send us the model number of your Philips and tell us how you want to mount the TV. We will be happy to help.
