Warranty on your TV mount
A product should do what you may reasonably expect from it. Below, you can read about the difference between legal warranty and manufacturer's warranty, and how to report a problem.
Legal warranty and manufacturer's warranty
As a consumer, you have statutory rights when a product does not conform to the agreement. A manufacturer's warranty or commercial warranty period is supplementary and does not limit these rights. Statutory protection also applies to parts, electronics, or software when they form part of the agreement.
In the Netherlands, the legal warranty is not simply limited to two years: what you can reasonably expect from the product's lifespan and performance also plays a role. Therefore, contact us even after a manufacturer's warranty period has expired if you believe the product does not meet the requirements.

The warranty promised with your purchase and the applicable terms are important. A change in a later manufacturer overview does not automatically invalidate an earlier promise.

Reporting a problem in three steps
- Stop installing or using the product if it is damaged or you have any doubts. Do not use a damaged mount to hang a TV.
- Contact us. Include your order number, the mount model, a description and, if possible, clear photos.
- We agree on a solution. For example, repair or replacement. In the event of a justified complaint about a product that does not conform to the agreement, the statutory remedy is free of charge, including necessary return transport.
Use, installation and assessment
Follow the installation instructions, use suitable mounting hardware and observe the load capacity. Damage caused by, for example, overloading, incorrect installation, incorrectly connected electronics, improper use or normal wear and tear is not automatically covered by the warranty. We assess the report and the cause on a case-by-case basis.
A general exclusion in the manufacturer's terms and conditions may not limit your statutory consumer rights. Also read the explanation of defects and incorrect delivery.
