How wonderful it is to enjoy the sultry summer evenings outside under the canopy. Drink, TV on and some music or streaming a football match.
More and more often we get the question what to take into account when the "old TV" is moved from inside to outside. How do you hang your TV and what do you need.
The most important thing you need to take into account is that the TV should not get wet. A TV really cannot withstand moisture. Rain or spraying the garden can cause a short circuit. So hang the TV in a dry place. For example, we sell TV brackets that are removable or easy to dismantle. We often see that customers hang their TV in the corner of a canopy, away from moisture.
Take into account the installation of power points and a UTP connection point for your TV during the construction of your canopy or garden house. We also sell extra long UTP cables and HDMI cables for a streaming box.
Another thing that TVs can't stand is sand dust and insects. This can cause problems in the long run, especially if you have a spider nest in your TV. We sell TV covers for TVs so that they offer protection from the elements.
