Place an order and receive an invoice

You can order directly through the webshop. You will receive an invoice with VAT and the required order details with your order. Enter the correct company name and billing address when placing your order.

Need an invoice or quote first?

• If available, select prepayment at checkout. The order will be processed after payment has been received.
• Would you like a quote, multiple items, or advice for a project? Send us the item numbers, quantities, and intended use.
• For urgent requests, state your desired delivery date. We will confirm stock and delivery time when you submit your request.

Pay by invoice

Would you like to pay by invoice? Arrange this in advance by email with our customer service team. Send your request to info@tvbeugels.nl. After checking your company details and receiving our approval, we will confirm the order and payment terms.

Include these details

• Company name and contact person
• Business address and billing address
• Phone number and email address
• Chamber of Commerce number or comparable registration number
• VAT number, if applicable
• Desired item numbers and quantities
• Delivery address and, if applicable, a purchase reference

Enter and apply your VAT number before placing your order

Is your company based in an EU country other than the Netherlands, and do you want to place an order with an intra-Community VAT exemption? Use the VAT tool on our website before checkout.

How it works

1. Open the VAT page. The “Intra-Community supply” form is below the information on that page.
2. Enter your email address and full VAT number. Use the same email address as for your order. Enter your VAT number with the country code, for example BE, DE, or FR.
3. Click “Check”. Wait until the check is complete and you receive confirmation. Check the company details shown and use the associated company address for the order.
4. Then complete your order. Before payment, check whether the VAT exemption has actually been applied at checkout. Entering a VAT number alone is not sufficient.

A Dutch VAT number does not provide an intra-Community VAT exemption for a delivery within the Netherlands. Even with a foreign number, the order must meet the applicable conditions.

Business terms and conditions

• Prices and delivery: according to the order or quotation confirmed in advance. Also see the shipping costs per country.
• Payment term: according to the agreement confirmed in advance or the invoice.
• Returns: the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to business purchases. Contact us in advance to arrange a possible return. The return costs and method will then be agreed.
• Defective or incorrect delivery: report the problem with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will assess the report and agree on a solution.

For private individuals making an online purchase, the consumer return conditions apply.
