What is the delivery time?
Most TV mounts are available from stock and are shipped the same day if you place your order on working days before 5 PM. If the order is received after 5 PM on working days (or during the weekend), it will be shipped the next working day.
In some cases, the ordered TV mount is shipped directly from our supplier, but these TV mounts are also delivered as much as possible the next day.
*For the delivery of orders, we depend on the courier service and the conditions they apply. Delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen busy periods.

Are all items in stock?
Most items can be delivered directly from our own stock. Some items are shipped standard from our supplier, but they generally have the relevant items in stock as well. If, unexpectedly, an item is out of stock, we will of course contact you in time to discuss options or possible alternatives.
How many cm is my TV?
The screen size of your TV is usually indicated in inches. If you do not know the inch size of your TV, you can measure the screen diagonally to find out. Note: you should measure the screen without including the TV frame.

Invoice, change details or request a copy?
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address on your invoice. You can still request your invoice again; please contact our customer service for this. This can be done by phone or email. Always mention your invoice number when making your request. It is only possible to send the invoice to the email address already known to us.
If you are a business customer, you will always receive the invoice for your order by email. Requesting your invoice again can only be done by submitting a request via email.
