The special thing about this electric TV mount is that it can lift very large screens up to 75 inches, with the option of rotating left and right. That makes this ceiling mount TV truly complete. Keep in mind that 35 kilos is the maximum weight the ceiling mount can fold and unfold. A 75-inch OLED TV quickly exceeds this weight, so we advise against it due to gravity and the load on the motor.

    Use and operation

    Using and operating this WOLFF MOUNT TVB-107 electric ceiling mount is easy with the Tuya app or the included remote control. You can easily save and activate memory settings. Rotate your TV up to 180 degrees for a comfortable viewing angle or fold it away to save space. A balanced mechanism prevents ceiling vibrations when the TV is moving. The anti-collision system prevents collisions and stops the TV from rotating if it encounters obstacles.

    Application

    The electric ceiling mount is suitable for mounting a flat-screen television up to 75 inches. The mount is electrically tiltable and designed for ceiling mounting.

    Assembly instructions:

    Step 1 – Check the substrate

    • Check whether the ceiling is structurally suitable (concrete or load-bearing beam).
    • Use suitable mounting material tailored to the ceiling type.
    • The minimum load-bearing capacity of the ceiling structure must significantly exceed the total weight of the bracket and TV.

    Step 2 – Fixing the ceiling plate

    • Position the ceiling plate (500 mm length).
    • Mark the drill holes.
    • Drill the holes according to the type of mounting anchor.
    • Install the ceiling panel level and fully tighten all fasteners.

    Step 3 – Assembling the scissor mechanism

    • Check that the scissor/lift mechanism can move freely.
    • If applicable, connect the electrical power supply according to specifications.
    • Test the movement without the television mounted.

    Step 4 – Mounting TV brackets

    • Attach the vertical TV rails to the back of the TV according to the correct VESA pattern (200–600 mm horizontal, 81–410 mm vertical).
    • Use the supplied spacers if necessary.
    • Ensure bolt length is correct to avoid damage to the device.

    Step 5 – Hanging the television

    • Hang the television in the frame.
    • Lock the mounting system.
    • Check that the TV is correctly centered and hanging stably.

    Step 6 – Adjustment

    • Adjust the tilt angle (0° to -75°).
    • If necessary, make fine adjustment (+2° / -2°) for perfect alignment.
    • Check the rotation range (±90°).

    Safety instructions

    • Installation must only be carried out by a qualified person.
    • Only make the electrical connection when the power is de-energised.
    • Check all mounting points periodically.
    • Never exceed the maximum load capacity of the bracket.
