A fixed TV floor stand without wheels

A fixed TV stand rests on the floor on a base plate, legs or a tripod. Choose this type when the TV will stay in one place and you don't need a mobile setup. Examples include the Wolff Mount TVB-66, the TVB-119 tripod and the TVB-148 for larger screens.

Fixed doesn't always mean non-adjustable

The base has no wheels. Depending on the model, you can still adjust the screen's height, swivel it or tilt it. So check the features of each individual product. A tripod has a different look and takes up a different amount of floor space than a wide, flat base plate.

Floor stand or replacement TV base?

Check that the stand fits your screen

• VESA size: Compare the horizontal and vertical distances between the mounting holes with the supported sizes.
• Weight: Check the weight of the TV without its original base and the maximum load capacity.
• Screen size and space: Check the product specifications, connections and available space around the screen.
• Viewing height: Choose the height based on your usual sitting or presentation position. Adjustability varies by model.
